All Items(except where Noted, Worn Clothing, Cut Fabric and Custom Orders)May be Returned or Exchanged If they do not meet your expectations within Two Weeks of Date of Shipping.

CUSTOM and OTR DRESS INFORMATION

Dresses include the dress, cape, matching bloomers and headpiece. Does not Include Shipping/Insurance

A deposit of 1/3 of total due in US funds is due at time of initial Commitment if the dress is not complete or Full Payment if the dress is complete

A fitting of a mock up bodice will be made (to check fit) if the dress is to be completed, confirmation of Fabric and Design. Second payment of 1/3 of total due will be due

Balance and any other charges incurred due upon delivery of dress

Payable by Check or CC(incurs a 3% additional processing fee)

Dresses can usually be finished in about six weeks to eight weeks, Contact for Exact Dates, as Production Times Vary

All costumes result in natural wear and abrasion, Every Precaution is taken into consideration that Materials are Chosen for their Performance. Workability as well as Beauty/Some Fabrics Cannot be Dry cleaned, Washed or used in every Application
